Year Of The Rabbit AND Year Of The CAT! Happy New Year 2011!!!

As many of us have heard, the Chinese will be celebrating this New Year as the "Year Of The Rabbit", the Vietnamese will be bringing in, what else? "The Year Of The CAT!!"

Let's hope you aren't as tired from celebrating the arrival of 2011 as the kitty in this video! WARNING!!! This video contains a SUPER ADORABLE ALERT!!

  7. It was so SO cute!!! A lovely start of the Year of Rabbit!
    Chinese do call it the Year of Rabbit but it only starts from the 1st day of Lunar Calendar which falls on 3rd February 2011. Right now, it's still the Year of Tiger.

    I discovered your blog by going to one of Hummingbird that by making a complimentary ticket "and .... it deserved!" I will do my best to buy your book drawing words like cat's life!
    A few years back I had a rabbit who answered the sweet name of Topaz colored dress she had the fall and she got along well with the six cats in the house was a delightful joy to the watch evolve together ...
    We just change the year ... it is my pleasure to wish you a year 2011 full of joy

  20. @Priscilla thanks so much for giving me the proper info! I knew the Chinese New Year is later but I didn't know the exact date! My husband's birthday is Feb 5th so we can celebrate both lol. I love the year of the Tiger so will enjoy it more!
