Hello my fellow cat loving friends!! As you and I know, there are a number of things that cats take quite seriously. Two of those are their grooming habits and making time to relax. There is something about watching a cat meticulously groom every part of their body in a loving way, and then, moving on to a yoga-sized stretch afterward, followed by a loooong nap, that just watching them, makes us want to forget the cares of the world and relax with them.
Forgetting all of the tension taking place around us can be hard, but it is imperative that we learn from our feline friends, that for our physical and mental-well-being, it is a must that we learn to relax. We need to learn to relax AND pamper ourselves, just as cats inherently know how to do for themselves.
