I was intrigued when I was contacted by an incredibly delightful and helpful representative of
Giftskins who asked if I would be interested in featuring their personalized wrapping paper on Cody's blog. She "had me" when she steered me towards their
Personalized Pet Wrapping Paper page!
I was like a kid in a candy store! What pet parent/owner DOESN'T want to see their pet featured on wrapping paper?
The
design choices are adorable, which made it difficult to choose just one, but I
FINALLY chose the
Paw Print Stripes Gift Wrap, because I wanted wrapping paper that would be good for
ALL occasions, not just for the holidays! Here is the style that I chose

The customization process of this paper could NOT have been easier! I picked out the style that I wanted, chose the photo that I wanted to include, followed the super easy instructions for adding a photo, and I was off to the races! I was shocked and pleased by how quickly a proof was sent to me for my approval, the ENTIRE process was a breeze!

The photo does NOT do this paper justice (mostly due to photographing it with my iPhone). I haven't wrapped my gifts yet that I will be using this paper for, but wanted to give you an idea of just how CATABULOUS this wrapping paper is!
When the full size roll of gift wrap arrived at my home, (which was also fast!), I was delighted with the quality. This paper is NOT flimsy, it will not tear with the slightest movement, as many inferior wrapping paper products do. The wrapping paper is a substantial, sturdy weight that held up well with the many contortions that I go through when wrapping a gift! While it is NOT flimsy, it also is easy to work with. On the opposite side of the paper is a grid that makes cutting the paper into a straight line (for smaller packages) easy peasy! Even for me! No more jagged cutting! I can cut it into a straight line!
Who WOULDN'T want to open a gift featuring the adorable Cody? While the gift wrap is FABULOUS for ALL gift-giving occasions, I was also thinking about how cool this would be as a background in a photo frame! You could trim the paper to fit a large frame and then put various small photos all around it and frame it! You could cover books with it, use it for scrapbooking, etc!
