New Year"s Eve Outtakes!

Hi furiends!! Just wanted to share a few outtakes from the New Year!

Of course there were two kitties in attendance (but not Cody) these are his cousins:the white one is "Mimi" who is my granddaughter's favorite. The other super cuddly kitty is "Little Meow" they were making themselves at home on my Gordon Foods bag.

and...there were humans! Lenny and my oldest "bonus" daughter aren't in these photos but my youngest "bonus" daughter, her husband (my son-in-law),  and my granddaughter are! (Oh and excuse me and my old looking self!). A great time was had by all! Lenny and I brought in Chinese and a birthday cake for Jon (his birthday was January 3rd). I also bought the leis, tiaras, etc. at Walgreens. Fun times!!

Our granddaughter brings us more joy than I ever thought imaginable!!! And....we have a SECOND granddaughter on the way who will make her debut in June 2020!!!

Wonder if she will be a kitty lover too?

So how did YOU ring in the New Year! Let us know in the comments below!!

  1. We didn't do much of crazy pawrtying here...we all went to church on New Year's Eve, (yup...We do this each year.) Then we just did our own thing till midnight and them we all said Happy New Year and went to bed...at least the older ones being Petcretary & Pawppy did, the visiting crew stayed up longer. Bwahaha! Are we not boring?? MOL!

And on Jan 1 *she* had to work the holiday...even part timers have to do their turns at those.

    2. thanks so much!!! We were super low key. Stayed in, watched TV, left right after midnight, went home and ended up watching TV at home til 3am (because I felt so bad about leaving the boys home alone) :( I love how you spent New Year's Eve!

  8. How did we ring in the New Year? Just watching the fireworks on the TV. It was a gale outside, so outdoor fireworks by neighbors were much less than previous years!

  21. Sure looks like everyone was having fun. We were in bed early to get up early for a First Day hike (well, mom and dad, anyway). Dad claims this was his first "dry" New Year's Eve ever in his adult life. Poor baby, I say.
