Answer Your Cat's Questions Day? Pffft....

Hi all, it's Cody and today is  Answer Your Cat's Questions Day. Seriously? You are kidding, right?

I'm going to ask YOU, a mere human for answers to questions?

Think again.

Let me put it to you this way dear humans, YOU find me an ANSWER as to why there are so many cats who are homeless and YOU find a SOLUTION to the problem, and then....MAYBE....JUST THEN....I will trust your "wisdom" enough to even bother asking YOU questions.

In the meantime, don't waste my time........or that of my fellow felines.

Allow us to just be the sagacious beings that we are,  without bothering us,  just so you can get blog fodder  for your  insipid days of the year events.

Sagaciously Yours,

Cody

  14. We were still figuring out last year's question which we re-shared and no closer to any answers. Cody, we humans have a long way to go before we smarten up.

    1. My Angel Bobo was a stray when I rescued him years ago too. He was like Lucy. He was with me 18 yrs and was my "only" pet....he never would have tolerated any cat or any dog in "his" space! You have a lovely day too!

We're working on the problem Cody, but there just aren't enough of us. And most of us are already here- preaching to the choir as they say...

  17. That's a very hard question, Cody, and it needs many humans to answer it (not the stupid ones who should be neutered, though). Purrs

  18. I am not asking my mum any questions because if she doesn't know the answer, she will probably make it up.

  19. Wow! That was a little hostile, Cody. You gotta toothache or something? Just think if our humans didn't spend so much time on social media stuff revolving around us cats, we might not be the center of attention! and I like being the center of attention. Purrs, Toby. PS - get that tooth fixed!

    1. Not hostile, I am a "tell it like it is kind of kitty"....my diatribe wasn't directed at the humans who read this blog (or any blog) it was directed to the stupid humans in the outside world who are responsible for creating this problem. Love, Cody

  20. Cody, you are a wise kitty. Trust me, all us kitty bloggers are working on that and would love a world with no homeless cats. Now I must go look up sagaciously in the dictionary.

  23. You are super wise Cody! Humans need to answer that!

  24. A real toughie...and yup, our humans that love us haven't got a clue as to the answer to your deep and most probing question.

Have a great weekend...and we are watching that storm with interest, pawppy has relative and many friends i the DC area...and Baltimore. OMC!

  26. Very well put Cody... We concur. Humans started the overpopulation problem and humans are the only one's that can fix it. It's not like us kitties can drive ourselves to the vet for a little nip/tuck, you know? Purrs from the Zee/Zoey kitties

  29. Way to go Cody!!! Couldn't have said it better, buddy!!! xxxx

  30. That's telling it like it is, Cody! I know lots of humans would like nothing more than for that to happen. Unfortunately, there are still lots of the others out there.

  31. Hey Cody,

Homeless cats is not something Penny the Jack Russell dog and modest internet superstar, or I, her mere human, think is something that a number of humans seem to not even care about. The indifference to the plight of vulnerable cats by such humans, makes us very sad. You have lessons to teach humans, Cody. If only they would pay heed to your lessons.

    Penny's alleged and mere human,

    Gary :)

  32. THAT’S IT!!!! Some cat finally axed a question that mattered rather than “do you love me, Mom?” Thank you!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  33. Wow, Cody. That's a mighty powerful question. We wish there was a simple and easy answer. There isn't, but we think it has something to do with all humans taking responsibility for the issues...

    ReplyDelete
  34. You are one wise kitty...
    No more homeless kitties!

  35. We know what you mean, the people need to get it together. The cats already know what's up! :)

  36. You always get straight to the heart of the matter, Cody.
