  13. Telling your mama what to write on your blog?

    ReplyDelete
  14. haha! It sure does. But Cody, you fell asleep on the job. What's up with that buddy?

    ReplyDelete
  15. The mom commends your mom, Cody, because she can't type with Derry on her lap. Maybe because he squirms around so much and won't settle down unless you have BOTH hands on him, giving scritches. :-P

  16. Oh my gosh, that is a such a familiar site - my Gidget has to be on me or the keyboard when I'm typing too. So cute! Happy Wednesday

    ReplyDelete
  17. SO funny!!! I might have to try that style of supervision. ...of course that would mean I'd be allowing Glogirly to hold me, which most certainly breaks my rules.

    A. Always

  21. Fantastic! Love the pic! My Oscar used to sit on the laptop when I was using it, he was jealous of the attention it was getting! Difficult to type but you just let them get on with it! xx

  23. Ha so sweet, I too spend most of my time like that :D

    ReplyDelete
  24. Oh Cody! It's so nice to see you helping your Mom! We apologize for not dropping by in a while... our Mom has been blabbing something about being "busy," "not enough hours in the day," etc. We have no idea what she is talking about - we find we have all the time in the world to nap!!! xoxoxo

    ReplyDelete
  25. you are such a snoopervisor you kitty cute you.

    emma and buster

    ReplyDelete
  26. Well, that photo looks very familiar...Cats refused to be ignored, esp. when on the computer : )

    ReplyDelete
  27. Two is always better than one! Though in OUR mom's case, two quickly becomes six! And that might be TOO much of a good thing.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Cody is inconspicuously conniving a takeover. You THINK he is just being a cute loving kitty, but really he is watching and learning and planning the great WWMI (world wide mew invasion).

    ReplyDelete
  29. Great job, Cody! Keeping your Mom working like she should. :)

    ReplyDelete
  30. Awwwwwwwww what a sweet assistant you have. Adorable picture! Hugs and nose kisses

    ReplyDelete
  31. It'z alwayz wize ta soopervize ur secretary, eh, Cody? No telling *wat* sorta nonsense she'd type if u weren't dere ta keep her on her toes! (Erm... make dat on her fingerz 'n fhumbz. Unless she'z xtraordinarileez-talented, hehehe.) xoxo

    ReplyDelete
  32. Oh my gosh, what a great picture. Too cute!!

    ReplyDelete
  33. Cody, you sure are doing a great job of helping your mom! :)

    ReplyDelete
  34. Cody - you have the best skills as not completely making a nuisance of yourself and have to be put down but still being just enough in the way for some attention *grin* Teach me your ways!

    ReplyDelete
  35. @Cindy thank you!

    @meowmeowmans I sure do don't I? Someone has to keep her in line! MOL!

    @Julie thank you!!

    @GlamKitty you got that right! I have to watch her every second! xoxo

    @chancy thank you! Yes he is :) Hugs and kisses back!

    @The Whiskeratti, yep! She is known to be a slacker! lol

    @Art and Sew Forth "world wide mew invasion" OMC I love it! You sure do know Cody well, don't you? lol

    @Tucker the Crestie, OMG SIX??!! Now THAT WOULD be too much! lol

    @Wendy S. you are EXACTLY right and that is EXACTLY what had taken place! He had been circling and pacing in front of me for a few minutes before he finally nestled in. It was too funny!

    @Fage, not as good as she should be! lol!!!

    @Emma and Buster, that was so cute! Yep I am quite the "snoopervisor!"

    @Deb OMG no apologies necessary! Mom totally understands! Mom has been INSANELY busy herself lately. Last week she didn't get to visit the bloggies on Thurs, Fri, Sat OR Sun and she felt soooo bad and soooo guilty! She was just super busy (and still is!) so she completely understands! xoxo

    @cate as you should, LOL!

    @Sugar Hi!! Thanks so much for stopping by! My Mom and I love your bloggie, my Sheltie brother Dakota reads it too...thanks for visiting us! "WOOF" back at ya from my brother

    @wockley thank you!!

    @Sixties Vintage, you are soooo right! I think that is why I was scowling in the photo lol. I could barely type and Cody wasn't planning on going ANYWHERE! lol

    @Cat EXACTLY! I was thinking of using that but I had used it on another blog another time lol

    @The Chair Speaks "The Boss" ohhhhhh yesssssss!!!! You soooooooooo understand! :)

    @Deborah lol! I love it! Tell Sammy I am happy to hear from him ANYTIME!

    @Glogirly and Katie, love your rules! "Always Be A Cat" PURRFECT!

    ReplyDelete
  36. @Chris, Happy Wednesday to you too! You know what? Cody very seldom does this. He must have been super lonely lol

    @Fuzzy Tales awwwww, Derry is such a cutie!! I know Cody probably wanted scritches but Mama was busy!

    @Priscilla I always tell her, she seldom listens lol

    @Link I LOOK like I am sleeping but I was watching every word!!! :)

    @The Monkeys yep we are a great team!

    @Mario I am extra warm in the winter too!! My Mom could lift weights using ME! MOL!

  41. Awwwww! This brings back memories of our old cat, Baby. Cody looks so comfy :-)

    ReplyDelete
  42. Well, at least he hadn't started typing for you --- mine have been known to "help" me in that manner!

    ReplyDelete
  43. @chocolate angel awwww....((((hugs)))) yep, Cody sure was!

  46. We like to lie our heads on the computer so mom can't type!

    Happy Wordless Wednesday!

    Love,
    Swift and Kool - and Amy, the human who can't type without a dog trying to get pets

    ReplyDelete
  47. Good thing you're able to dictate while she types! Purrfect planning! Happy Wordless Wednesday!

    ReplyDelete
  48. Been there, done that!! MOL. It doesn't look all that comfortable for human OR kitteh, but that doesn't stop us, does it? My cat Mickey refuses to lie on my lap when it's convenient for me, and is always wanting lap time when I'm trying to type. A few times, he's hit the "sleep" button and everything goes dark.

    ReplyDelete
  49. @Athena that is because you are such a good girl!! xoxo

    @Admiral Hestorb that is NO SURPRISE to me at all! Admiral you always take wonderful care of your Mommy! xoxo

    @Julia lol! OMG too funny about the "sleep" button. I know it isn't comfortable for either Cody or I, (actually he rarely does this), when he DOES do it I know he is desperate for some attention from "Mommy" and I just don't have the heart to move him. I know we are all like that!

    @Brian LMAO! Good one!

    @Prudence, yep! Cody calls the shots! Happy Wordless Wednesday to you too!

    @Amy, putting their head on the computer is one thing Cody hasn't tried yet, thank goodness!

    @Abby thank you!! xoxo

    @Respositorio, I think cats and computers are just meant to be together! lol

  50. Thanks for visiting my blog. Thanks! Mom's an illustrator and writer for a pattern co. She loves art and is very fortunate to be able to draw for a living! Very glad to meet you!

    ReplyDelete
  51. Dearest Caren,

    Oh my; yours is a bit heavier it looks lik is mine but that kind of taking over from the PC I know too well. They seem to be attracted to it, the noise maybe or just because they try to override their human parent!

    Lots of love,

    Mariette

    ReplyDelete
  52. Cody, thank goodness your mom has you to help. How would she function in blog-land without you??

    ReplyDelete
  53. @Prudence, that is beyond cool! I grew up in a super artistic home. My Dad was an Editorial Cartoonist and before I changed majors in college I was an Art Major. I just adore creative people! I envy you! Thank you for stopping by my blog as well and it is a pleasure to meet you!

    @Fin it sure does! :)
